Chaos Circle

Are you ready to build community while making your day to day life a little more balanced?

The Chaos Circle 6 week virtual group coaching program for folks with chaotic lives and neurodivergent brains so we can come together, learn skills, and build community.

Imagine being surrounded by people who just get it.

Chatting together about real, tangible changes you can make in your day to day that actually make sense to your neurodivergent brain and don’t feel like the same old list of “get a new planner” and “just break down the task into smaller tasks” style of advice.

Finally get met with genuine empathy when you share your own experiences, because we’ve been there too.

No judgment, just understanding.

The Chaos Circle is a safe, supportive space where you can:
✨ Learn strategies tailored to neurodivergent brains
✨ Feel seen, heard, and understood
✨ Create connections and community with people like you

Facilitated by Beau—ADHD Coach, founder of Neurofriendly, and proud "Chaos Captain" (a title gifted by a past group)—this is the space to work with your brain, not against it.

Find belonging and meaningful change in just one hour a week.

How does it work:

  • 6 weeks of facilitated group coaching calls
We’ll dive into topics like chaos, expectations, capacity, and balance. Each hour will have a mix of Beau sharing some concepts and resources, and group coaching chats.

You’ll leave each session with insights, tools, and a little more calm.

  • WhatsApp Group
A safe place to chat between sessions, the WhatsApp Group is where we can share more ideas, experiences, and continue to build community

The world doesn’t always “get” chaos—but we do. This is your space to untangle overwhelm, connect with a community that actually understands, and start living a life that feels more YOU.

Ready to turn chaos into connection? Let’s do this!

Quick Terms: Group coaching is a safe space for members, and trust is important. By joining the group you are committing to holding space for others and keeping their stories private. Beacuse of the nature of group coaching we cannot record sessions, so if you’re unable to attend Beau will share any resources from the session in an email, but cannot send a recorded session or replace the missed time.

The plan

Week 1: Connection First

This week is all about getting to know each other and building trust. We’ll share a bit about our lives, what brought us here, and start creating the kind of space where everyone feels safe to be their full, authentic selves. It’s low pressure and full of curiosity—come as you are.

Week 2: Exploring Chaos

What does chaos mean to you? How does it show up in your life? This week, we’ll dig into the role chaos plays in our worlds—where it feels overwhelming, where it might even feel comfortable, and how we relate to it. No judgment, just exploration.

Week 3: Understanding Capacity

Capacity isn’t one-size-fits-all, and it’s rarely constant. This week, we’ll talk about what capacity means, how to notice when we’re running low (or overflowing), and what happens when we hit our limits. It’s about understanding our own rhythms and finding ways to honor them.

Week 4: Untangling Expectations

Whose expectations are you carrying? Your own? Someone else’s? Society’s? This week, we’ll dive into the invisible weight of expectations—how they show up, how they influence our choices, and what happens when we start to release the ones that don’t serve us.

Week 5: Seeking Balance

Balance can feel elusive—especially when life is chaotic. This week, we’ll explore what balance looks like for each of us, how we can lose it, and the ways we might find our way back when we’re ready. Spoiler: balance doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.

Week 6: Wrapping It Up

Our final week is all about reflection and celebration. We’ll look back at the journey we’ve taken together, share any insights or moments of growth, and close with care and connection. This is about leaving with what you need, whatever that might look like for you.

FAQ

  • If you’re a suspected or diagnosed neurodivergent person or in a family with someone neurodivergent—whether that means your child or children have ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, or other neurodivergent traits—this circle is for you.

  • Neurodivergent folks can have a LOT going on, and it can often feel like we are way out of our comfort zone.

This program helps you find more energy and capacity, reduce stress, and create some new skills so you can find more joy and ease.

Plus, you’ll gain a community of people who totally get it.

  • Because coaching requires vulnerability and safety, we don’t record our sessions, but a summary of notes will be shared and you’ll still get all the resources from the week!

  • Each week, we’ll meet to cover a new topic. Expect a mix of practical tools, real-talk conversations, and supportive coaching.

You’ll get guidance on everything from managing capacity to examining expectations. There’ll also be plenty of time to connect with other members and share experiences.
