Neurofriendly Coaching

My approach to coaching is a little different. I’m focused on creating meaningful day-to-day change in the timeframe that works for you. Maybe that only takes one session, or maybe we work together weekly . You have freedom to choose what you need and know that I have your back.

The thing that stays the same no matter what is my commitment to holding space, showing up authentically, and helping you make sense of how your brain works so that you can chose your path forward with better insight and self-awareness.

  • Neurofriendly Coaching is all about helping neurodivergent people and families thrive with personalized support and practical strategies.

Backed by training from IDEO, Flow institute and iACT centre, and informed by lived experience and honestly, a long term special interest in the way our brains work and how that impacts social behaviours.

You'll gain the language you need to describe your inner experience while building the insight you need to take on the next chapter in your life.

  • Totally in your hands - we can meet once, or weekly, or at random.

You can pay for sessions as one offs or buy a package at a small discount.

Finances and cash flow can be tricky so I’m doing our best to keep things transparent and flexible.

For payment plans and sliding scale pricing, email beau@neurofriendly.ca and we can work togther.

  • If you've been following a while and know that we're probably a good match you can go right ahead and book a Coaching (virtual) - First Time Session.

If you're wanting to make sure we're a fit or have questions, I also offer a 15 min Intro Chat for free to get to know one another.

Client testimonials

  • My favorite part about working with Beau is the way I feel in session.  I am the version of myself I want to be- alive, animated, passionate, intelligent, and most of all, UNDERSTOOD.

Beau has taught me so much, and given me language for my ADHD experience.  I was burnt out from masking, understimulated, fawning, and paralyzed - before Beau, I just thought I was defective and needed to try harder.  She gave me resources to explore my experience and to help me understand what ADHD actually was and how it was affecting my life.

Getting to spend that precious time with Beau has reminded me of who I really am and what I am capable of.

  • Every neurodivergent person needs a Beau in their corner.

Beau is the kindest and gentlest coach. She has not only taught me why I react to certain stimuli, the science behind it and the verbiage to express myself.

She is an excellent listener and helps to identify areas where there is space for learning and guides you to an actionable plan to help. For the first time in a long time I feel like the jumbled chaotic contents of my brain have found some order. I highly recommend.

  • I'm finally asking myself What do YOU need to feel good in this experience?” - not what do you need to achieve or do for others or what expectation to meet

No one has ever actually asked me - before Beau - to think about my own needs and what would feel good to ME.

Also: what would happen if I put my ambition and drive to work for myself instead of using it as a shield? Didn’t even know these were questions to be considered.

    Mind. Blown.
