What is the Chaos Circle?
Calling all neurodivergent humans who are a little bit chaotic (or maybe a lot), tired of trying to fit in, and searching for community!
Maybe you’ve spent your whole life masking, and now you’re realizing you can’t do it anymore. Maybe juggling all the “shoulds” and expectations of life feels like too much.
Maybe you’re ready to opt out of society altogether because you know there has to be a better way. And while the dream might be an off-grid community, the next best thing is an online space that meets your needs, whether its a chat based community. group coaching, or one on one individual support.
The Chaos Circle’s purpose:
Letting go of the shame and guilt created by neurotypical standards and expectations
Better understanding how our brains work
Supporting each other through the chaos of everyday life
Celebrating our unique experiences
Our ultimate goal: To create connection so you feel less like “I’m lost in the storm” and more like “I’ve got a crew, a map, and snacks for this journey.”

Quick (but important) Terms
You’re welcome to start or cancel your membership anytime—no strings attached. Booking your group coaching sessions is up to you, so be sure to grab the times that work best for your schedule! Please note that we’re unable to prorate cancellations, and a 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling or canceling sessions. Got questions or need help? Reach out to Beau at beau@neurofriendly.ca—she’ll do her best to support you!
The Chaos Circle is a space built on respect, safety, and compassion for all members. Bullying, intolerance, hate, or any behaviour that undermines the safety and well-being of others will not be tolerated.
This community is a safe haven, especially for queer and marginalized folks, and we are committed to ensuring no one feels unsafe here. Any actions that compromise this will result in immediate removal from the group without a refund.
We are here to build each other up, celebrate our unique experiences, and foster connection—always with kindness and respect at the core.
